GENERAL CONSIDERATIONS:

  • Please bring your own lunch. We will meet at Great Meadows (directly across from the Great Ape House) at 10:30am.

  • Don’t forget to wear any Breath of Life colors, apparel, or accessories!

FOR THOSE DRIVING PERSONAL VEHICLES:

  • We recommend reserving your FREE entry pass(es) and purchasing a parking pass in advance using the link below, as there is a parking fee of $30. Alternatively, street parking is available along Connecticut Ave. You can obtain both at the link below: https://secure.nationalzoo.si.edu/events

    • Look for Oct 26th on the calendar and select parking pass, as well as entry pass and select your free ticket.

FOR THOSE RIDING THE CHURCH BUS (BUS IS FULL!!! Riders should have already received a separate email confirming their seats):

  • Please arrive at the church by 9:15am so we can depart on time and arrive at the zoo by 10am. This will ensure we meet the group at the designated bus parking time slot.

MEETING TIMES & LOCATIONS:

  • Please aim to arrive at the zoo by 10:30am and meet us at Great Meadows (across from the Great Ape House) for prayer, lunch, and group photos before we explore the zoo.

If you can’t join us for lunch, we encourage you to debrief with us at 3:00pm at Great Meadows before departing.
